- ≥ 1000 tonnes per annum (tpa) or;
- ≥ 100 tpa and classified under CHIP as very toxic to aquatic organisms or;
- ≥ 1 tpa and classified under CHIP as Cat 1 or 2 carcinogens, mutagens or reproductive toxicants
